The already popular Greenwich Market will be open late every Wednesday in December for Christmas celebrations. Buyagift will host their very first sustainable Christmas market on the first of December in Clapton, East London, in an effort to reduce waste and pollution this holiday season. Bring your fur babies to St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Covent Garden, this November for a holiday treat they won’t forget! Over twenty-five independent UK pet businesses will be selling their products at this pet palooza, among them Scrumbles, Oonalfie and Distinguished Dog Company. A ‘Best Little Helper’ competition will be held on the day for the hosts’ favourite festive photo, and a raffle promises great rewards. All dogs are more than welcome but must be kept on leads throughout the market, so bring your fuzzy best friend and come out in your holiday best for this fantastic event.

Every December, Columbia Road’s famous flower market gets a holiday makeover and offers a stunning Christmas market each Wednesday. More than sixty independent shops will have their wares on display, and they will be selling items ranging from books and homewares to perfume and fashion goods. Caroling will also be prominent at these events, so be sure to tune your voice and your ears for the occasion. Perhaps most importantly, look out for local vicar Adam Atkinson, who is famously wheeled down the street on a piano singing carols every year.
